If our regular hours are not convenient, please contact us

PARKING
Free customer parking is on the east side of the building.
(Follow signs for customers of the Boyd Building.)
There is also free parking on the street.

THE SHOP
To visit our shop, take the stairs to the second floor.
One staircase is next to the Clarke & Clarke Art Gallery
on the SE 27th Street side of the building.
Another staircase is on the west, 76th Avenue SE side of the building.
I can also meet customers at street level if they cannot navigate the stairs.

    To ship your watch to us for repair:

  1. Address the package to Karen Roll (omitting "The Watchworks") at this address:

  2. Enclose a note with your name, address, phone number and email,
    describe what you have been experiencing with your watch, and
    indicate if you would like an estimate before we proceed with repair.
  3. Wrap your watch, with the note, in bubble wrap or other protective packing material.
  4. Do not send the original gift box or any packaging you want back;
    do use a sturdy box, securely fastened with tape.
  5. Insure the package for replacement value.
